The holidays are here and that means lots of festive fun for young and old throughout Post Falls, Coeur d’Alene, Spokane, and the Spokane Valley. So we’ve gathered together a list of holiday events throughout the area to help you plan your holiday outings this season.

Martin Woldson Theater at the FOX Holiday Performances – This Spokane treasure features a number of holiday performances, including the Nutcracker Ballet, Whitworth University Christmas Festival, and Holiday Pops Concert with the Spokane Symphony.   5. Spokane Jingle Bell 5k Run/Walk – Held on Sat., Dec. 6th and benefitting the Arthritis Foundation, this fun run/walk event will lift your spirits. Call 509-294-2959 for more information.
  6. Ice Palace Skating – Head to the Riverfront Park Pavilion beginning Nov. 29th for this traditional Spokane holiday activity. Call 509-625-6660 for more info.
  7. Coeur d’Alene Resort Holiday Light Show – The lake sparkles with more than a million lights during what’s billed as “the largest on-water Holiday Light Show in America,” as featured on Good Morning America. Witness the world’s tallest living Christmas Tree, Victorian Village, and more. Call 855-999-7998 for more information.
  8. Post Falls Winterfest, Dec. 6th at 6 p.m.– Join friends and neighbors for a jolly good time as the City of Post Falls lights its official holiday tree. Enjoy choral performances, crafts, and a special appearance by Santa himself.
